Ottawa Police execute search warrant resulting in seizure of gun and ammunition

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Saturday, July 21, 2012 3:02 am

(Ottawa)- On Friday, July 20, 2012, at approximately 11:15 pm, members of the Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit and Tactical Unit executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Park Street in Ottawa (Vanier).

As a result of the warrant, a gun and ammunition was seized. Two persons are under arrest and the investigation is ongoing.
