Deceased identified in Greenbank Road fatality

(Ottawa)—At the request of the family, the Ottawa Police is releasing the identity of the deceased male: Kevin Lepine-Charter, 32 years old of Ottawa succumbed to his injuries following a collision on July 10, 2019. 

“He was the proud father of 2 amazing children as well as a talented car wrapper. He was and forever will be the light in our lives.” says Caitlin Charter, mother of his two children. 

The investigation continues.

Serious collision on Greenbank Road results in a fatality, police seeking witnesses

(Ottawa)–On Wednesday, July 10, at 9:40pm, Frontline officers attended Greenbank Road at Highbury Park Drive in regards to a serious collision. Information received was a motorcycle and a vehicle were involved in the collision and a third vehicle was there as a witness to the collision.

A 32 year old male, riding the motorcycle was transported to hospital by Ottawa Paramedics with serious and critical injuries.  He succumbed to his injuries in hospital. 

Collision Investigators are seeking any witnesses prior to or during the collision.
