Shooting investigation in Blossom Park: four charged and seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) – The Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred this morning on the 3700 block of Albion Road South. 

At approximately 5:00am on September 27, 2021, Frontline Officers responded to a call for shots fired. On scene, they located property damage caused by bullets and several spent shell casings on the roadway. No one was injured.

Shortly after the incident, a vehicle matching the description of the one that had fled the scene was stopped on highway 417 West bound near the Parkdale offramp and all four occupants were arrested.  A crime gun was also seized on scene (see photo).

Hassane DJIMADINGAR, 19 years old of Terrebonne Québec, Ibraham ABD-ALLA, 18 years old of Montréal Québec and two minors also from Montréal were charged with numerous gun related offences. 

They were scheduled to appear in court today.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have information about this incident. They are also looking for anyone who may have been in the area and may have dashcam footage or security footage.
