The Gift Shop continues to offer a variety of clothing for men, women, children and babies. Selection will also include bags, plush toys, key rings, tie pins, watches, mugs, coins, golf accessories and more.
Proceeds from the OPS Gift Shop are donated to a different charity each year.
We would like to thank our amazing volunteers who have staffed the Gift Shop for the last ten years.
All gift shop purchases support the Youville Centre & Distress Centre Ottawa.

Where do you ship?
We currently are shipping within Canada and to the United States only at this time.
How much will it cost to ship?
* Standard shipping charges within Canada are $7.99 per package.
* Free shipping within Canada for any order over $75.
* United States shipping charges are $20 per package.
Larger purchases, and volumes, will need to be assessed on an order-by-order basis.
How long will it take?
Depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your purchase within 5 to 14 days from the date of order.
Most orders within Canada and the United States (depending on the delay at customs) will arrive within that 5-14 day period.

The OPS Gift Shop will take returns on items within 30 days of purchase. A full refund, minus the shipping fees, will be reimbursed to your credit card.
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees and must return the items, in new condition, in the original packaging.

The item I wanted is out of stock; how long will it be until it's available again?
We try to keep our stock current and up-to-date. Occasionally, because of a large order, we are temporarily sold out of an item. We will endeavor to replenish that item within 21 business days.
If there's a particular item you'd like by a certain date, or a larger quantity of an item you'd like to purchase, we would advise you to send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
Will you have different merchandise come in, or will it all be the same items?
We will have a wide selection of gift shop favourites; like jackets and pants, bags, hats and pins.
New inventory will be introduced to commemorate special occasions, like Christmas holidays.

The Gift Shop proceeds are directed to local charities as approved by the Chief of Police. The Gift Shop has donated to the Kidney Foundation, Boys and Girls Club and many other great foundations.
