Ideally, we would like to return your online application to you in as little as 24 hours, but we are currently exceeding that timeline by approximately two weeks. Capacity Limit:

We are experiencing a high volume of requests for Walk-in/Same Day Express Records Check Requests. The average lobby wait time is ranging between 1-3 hours. 

Please be advised that once our capacity limit has been reached, the Records Management Section will have to turn away walk-in applicants who are dropping off submissions and/or attending to request same day service (Express Fee). Our priority will be to serve those applicants that have already been issued a ticket and are already waiting in our lobby.

Onsite Commissionaires at the front door will turn away walk-in/same day express clients once capacity is reached.  If you have been turned away, we strongly recommend that you submit your request using our online application system OR return at a later date/time.
