(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigation has charged a third person in the Spruce Street stabbing investigation.
Amy DONAVAN-LECLAIR, 19 of Ottawa, has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence.
The fourth person, Keluntung (Kel) SAMURA, is still wanted.
DONAVAN-LECLAIR will appear in court on February 14, 2017.
