Fatal collision on Carp Road: police seeking witnesses

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Sunday, November 26, 2023 4 p.m.
(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Investigation Unit is investigating a collision that occurred just after 9 a.m. this morning in the 3100 block of Carp Road.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
Tragically, a woman in her 50s is deceased as a result of her injuries.
We want to thank the bystanders who rendered CPR and assistance before emergency crews arrived on the scene.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit continues to investigate a shooting incident this morning that left one person dead, and another with life-threatening injuries.
At approximately 6:10 am, police and first responders rushed to Draffin Court in response to calls for service about shots fired.

(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service Central District Investigation Unit is looking for public assistance in identifying three suspects that damaged statues in the 700 block of Somerset Street W on October 8th.
