Aaron Gilpin, 35, has recently relocated from Smiths Falls to Ottawa and is residing in the downtown area. Gilpin has been deemed a high-risk violent sexual offender.
Gilpin has a criminal history that includes a sexual offence involving a child, assaults, weapons offences, disarming a police officer, break and enters, and thefts.
