All disclosure is provided by the Crown Attorney’s Office or the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC.) To obtain your Disclosure and Screening form contact the respective Crown’s Office.

For Provincial Crown for Criminal Code of Canada (CCC) and Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) offences:

Documents are served by our team of Special Constables.

They will either call ahead to make arrangements if they have a valid phone number, or visit the address on file to serve the documents.

Witnesses play a very important role in court matters and it is the Crown Attorney’s office who determines which witnesses will be required for each case.

Remand Courts now operate in a hybrid capacity, where accused persons can choose to either attend in person or call in via Zoom.

When you join you will be placed on hold or in a video waiting room. You may be waiting for some time while the court deals with other cases. Follow any direction provided by the presiding Judicial Official or the Court Clerk.

Trials and Guilty Plea courts are in person unless otherwise arranged through the Crown’s Office.
