36-year-old man charged by Internet Child Exploitation Unit

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) has charged a 36-year-old man with offences related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials (CSAEM).
On July 24, 2026, the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit executed a search warrant at residence in Orleans.
The investigation stemmed from multiple cybertip reports alleging that an individual was sharing Child Sexual Abuse and Explicit Material online.
During the search, investigators seized several electronic devices believed to contain CSAEM.
Christopher Baynham, 36, has been charged with:
- Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
He appeared in court on July 24, 2026.
The Internet Child Exploitation Unit believes BAYNHAM could have other victims. BAYNHAM has used the following usernames online:
- Takasuki90
- Takasuki1990
- Takasuki111
- Taka_Crypto90
- Rose Wilson
- Rose_emerald
- emerld_dream
- Yukosaki
