East CPOs Bring Holiday Hope to Ottawa Kids
Thanks to the generosity of our community and the hard work of our Ottawa Police Service East District Community Policing Team, more children will have a gift to open this holiday season.
Last Friday, our community police officers (CPO) teamed up with Toy Mountain and Salvation Army volunteers to help deliver toys and ensure no child in Ottawa is left without a present this Christmas.
Toy Mountain, together with the Salvation Army, distributes free new toys to eligible families each holiday season so children who might otherwise go without can still experience the joy of unwrapping a gift.
December 19th is the last day to make a donation so if you haven’t already, now’s your chance to help brighten a child’s holiday.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, or simply shared the message.
Your kindness makes all the difference.
