Man committing an indecent act in Stittsville; seeking assistance to identify

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, July 13, 2026  12:15 p.m. 

(Ottawa)—Ottawa Police are looking for the public’s assistance to identify a man who publicly exposed himself and masturbated, targeting women.

These surveillance photos were obtained from an incident that took place on Friday, July 10, at approximately 3 p.m. in the 1300 block of Stittsville Main Street.
