Seeking Witnesses to a serious collision on Bank St / Albion Rd

 

 

(OTTAWA) - Ottawa police are seeking witnesses following a serious collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian that occurred on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

 

At approximately 1:21pm, officers responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision vs a pedestrian on Bank St.  A 74-year-old male pedestrian was transported to the Ottawa Civic Hospital with life-threatening injuries.  

 

Investigators are asking anyone with information regarding the collision, who may have cameras on their properties which captured the collision , or dashcam footage that may have captured the incident to contact police.

 

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Fatal Collision Investigation Unit at 613-236-1222 Ext 2345.
