Shots fired into a residence on Fine Crescent; investigation ongoing

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, June 10, 2026     10:20 a.m.

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating what is believed to be a targeted shooting that occurred on June 10 at approximately 4 a.m.

Multiple 911 calls were received for reports of people hearing gunshots in the area of Fine Crescent, with one resident reporting that their house had been hit.

Officers attended and located evidence of a shooting. There were no reported injuries.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation continues.
