Suspect identified in March Road sexual assault investigation

Suspect to identify in March Road sexual assault investigation

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a sexual assault on March Road in November 2025.

At approximately 4:04 p.m. on November 29^th, a man entered a business in the 800 block of March Road where he assaulted the female victim.

The suspect is described as an East Indian man, approximately 30 to 40-years-old with a medium build with a salt and pepper beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black turban, a grey and black plaid jacket, black jeans and white and black high-top shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the West Criminal Investigations Section at 613-236-1222, extension 2666 and reference case number 2025-323921.
