Homicide Investigation – St. Laurent Boulevard

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service has arrested Samuel LAURIN-GAUVREAU, 25, of Ottawa, on an outstanding warrant in relation to the February 15th stabbing death of twenty-five-year-old Omar Jonathan Grant.
He will appear in court tomorrow morning.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is requesting public assistance to identify this individual in relation to a theft from a vehicle. The theft occurred at a retail location in the 1800 block of Merivale Road on February 21, 2025.
Following the theft, several fraudulent transactions were made.

(Ottawa) — This woman is suspected of committing an assault at the Marketplace bus station in the area of Greenbank Road and Marketplace Avenue, on February 27th at approximately 3:50 pm.
While the victim was waiting for the bus the suspect approached and began punching and kicking them. The suspect then left the area on foot towards Marketplace Avenue.
