Missing Swimmer Recovered at Britannia Beach

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Marine Unit has recovered the body of the swimmer who went missing on Wednesday, July 12, at Britannia Beach.

Our thoughts are with family and friends during this difficult time.

(Ottawa) – In January 2023, the Ottawa Police Service commenced “Project Phoenix” with the aim of identifying, disrupting and dismantling groups participating in organized auto-theft in response to the increasing rates of organized vehicle theft.
