(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) has charged a man in his 20s following an investigation into online harassment.

Following an investigation and warrant execution by the Hate & Bias Crimes unit, the Perth man has been charged with Harassment by Repeated Telecommunications and he appeared in Ottawa court today.
