The Ottawa Police Service (OPS), the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa (YSB), CHEO and the Kids Come First Health Team have launched a Youth-focused Mobile Crisis Response Team (YCRT) to provide coordinated community-based responses to youth experiencing mental health crises.
