Investigators are seeking to speak with anyone who observed suspicious activity in the area of Finlayson Crescent and Goward Drive between June 29 and July 2, 2026.

Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Traffic enforcement officers monitored several areas across the city on July 3 as part of ongoing efforts to address unauthorized vehicle gatherings, stunt driving and other high-risk driving behaviours.
