Seeking witnesses: Fisher Ave/Viewmont Dr. hit and run

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is seeking witnesses to a hit and run collision on February 6th in the Fisher Avenue and Viewmont Drive area.
At approximately 10:13 a.m., officers responded to reports of a pedestrian being struck by a light-coloured sedan while crossing the street. The vehicle then fled the scene.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries.
The OPS is looking to speak with anyone who may have not yet spoken to the police or how may have dashcam footage of the incident.
