Missing 49-year-old woman to locate
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, August 13, 2026 1:40 a.m.
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is requesting assistance in locating Francine Niyokindi, 49-years-old, who was last seen on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Aspenview Way / Meadowglen Dr area. Police and her family are concerned for their health and safety.
Francine is described as a Black female, 5’8” and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, beige jacket, long grey skirt, with a dark coloured head wrap under a black baseball cap, and she had on grey sunglasses.
Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Francine is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.
