Missing 60-year-old man to locate
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 5:00 p.m.
(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is requesting assistance in locating James Seabrook, 60-years-old, who was last seen at approximately 12:05 p.m. on September 22, 2026, in the area of Terry Fox Drive in Ottawa.
James is described as having a thin build, 6'4" (193 cm), with grey hair, a salt-and-pepper moustache and shaggy hair, wearing prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a John Deere green baseball cap, light blue long-sleeved T-shirt, an olive-green rolled-up long-sleeved shirt, brown cargo shorts, white socks and Black shoes.
James is believed to be driving a grey Dodge Caravan bearing Ontario licence plate CPSB460.
There are concerns for his health and safety.
Anyone with information about Jame’s whereabouts or who has seen him is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, extension 7300.
