Seeking witnesses to a serious collision on Fallowfield Rd
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 10:15 a.m.
Ottawa — Ottawa Police are seeking witnesses following a fatal collision that occurred on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026, just west of the intersection of Fallowfield Road and Old Richmond Road.
At approximately 00:40 hours, officers responded to a head-on collision involving two vehicles on Fallowfield Road just west of Old Richmond Rd. One driver, a man in his 30s, was transported to the hospital with critical injuries. A second driver, a man in his 20s, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Police are asking anyone with information about the collision, or who may have cameras on their property or dash cam that may have captured the incident, to come forward.
