Seeking witnesses to a serious collision on Hazeldean Rd / Tilloge St

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is seeking witnesses following a serious collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian that occurred on Sunday, September 20, 2026.
At approximately 5:18 p.m., officers responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Hazeldean Road near Tilloge Street. An 83-year-old woman was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding the collision, or who may have cameras on their properties, dash cam that may have captured the incident, to come forward.
