Small Plane Crash - No Injuries

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, May 25, 2026 7:46 p.m.

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) responded to a report of a small plane crash at the Carp Airport located at 1500 Thomas Argue Road at 6:32 p.m. on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Neither of the two occupants of the airplane reported any injuries. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada was notified of the crash and will be taking responsibility for the investigation. The airport was temporarily shut down as a result of the incident.
