Suspect to identify following suspicious incident at Billings Bridge

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, July 13, 2026  9:40 a.m. 

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service is looking to identify a suspect in relation to a suspicious incident last November.

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at approximately 2 p.m., a suspicious incident took place at Billings Bridge, 2269 Riverside Drive.

Investigators are seeking witnesses and anyone with information about the suspect’s identity.

The suspect is described as:

  • 5’8
  • 160 lbs
  • English-speaking with an accent
  • The suspect left wearing a jacket and pushing a cart

If you have information or can identify the suspect, please contact the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 5944, or email saca@ottawapolice.ca. If you see the suspect, please call the Ottawa Police Service.
