(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations Section has charged an 18-year-old Ottawa resident following a shooting incident in the 2900 block of DuMaurier Avenue on September 18.

At approximately 9:30am, patrol officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of DuMaurier Avenue and Ramsey Crescent.

(Ottawa) –  The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday, September 17.

At approximately 1:00 a.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 2600 block of Regina Street.

One victim was located with gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

(Ottawa) –  The Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking public assistance to identify a suspect involved in a robbery that occurred on July 4 in the 1300 block of Baseline Road.

At approximately 9:10 pm, a male suspect, while attempting to exit the store with unpaid merchandise, assaulted multiple employees.

Shortly after, the suspect returned and assaulted another employee and then fled in a grey Mazda CX-5.
