(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is requesting public assistance to identify this individual in relation to a theft from a vehicle. The theft occurred at a retail location in the 1800 block of Merivale Road on February 21, 2025.
Following the theft, several fraudulent transactions were made.
Anyone with information about this incident or the individual’s identity is asked to call the West Criminal Investigations Section at 613-236-1222...

(Ottawa) — This woman is suspected of committing an assault at the Marketplace bus station in the area of Greenbank Road and Marketplace Avenue, on February 27th at approximately 3:50 pm.
While the victim was waiting for the bus the suspect approached and began punching and kicking them. The suspect then left the area on foot towards Marketplace Avenue.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service has identified last night’s homicide victim as Kole Warren Watanabe, 27.
The Homicide Unit has charged Munyaradzi GONOUYA, 29, of Ottawa, with Second degree murder.
He appeared in court this morning.
