(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) has laid multiple charges following a five-month investigation into an unlicensed after-hours establishment operating in the 100 block of Rideau Street.

In September 2025, frontline officers from Central D Platoon launched an investigation after receiving community complaints regarding a non-operational licensed premises believed to be functioning as an illegal after-hours bar.

(Ottawa)– Ottawa Police are seeking witnesses to a collision that occurred on Northwoods Dr. on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

At approximately 10:30 pm, police responded to a single all-terrain vehicle (ATV) collision on Northwoods Dr.

(Ottawa)—The Homicide Unit has charged a man following the homicide of Majed Al-Ar.

Hussein Kaddoura, 22, of Ottawa, is charged with:

• Manslaughter
• Kidnapping
• Possession of a Restricted Firearm

He will appear in court this afternoon.

(Ottawa)—The Break and Enter Unit has charged an Ottawa woman, 41, with several charges following a series of break-ins of local businesses on Merivale Road.

From February 3 to February 10^th, the woman broke into two commercial businesses four times during the early morning hours.
